Our rates include 15% VAT, Unlimited mileage, Standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Standard Theft Loss Waiver (TLW), First Aid Kit, Airport Transfers for Hosea Kutako International Airport and Eros Airport, Windhoek pick-up and drop-off and 24/7 Assistance.

All vehicles are hired subject to the standard Mother Africa Car hire Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions. If a particular vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar one.

The minimum rental period is 5 days. Special rates apply depending on the number of day you are hiring a car with us. Please enquire with us.
Daily rates are calculated on a 24 hour basis from time of pick-up to time of drop-off.

Extensions of the rental period must be arranged with Mother Africa Car hire at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the agreed date of termination.
Insurance, waivers and excess or reduced excess exclude damage from sandblast and damage to windscreens, or damage and loss of tyres, vehicle accessories and equipment as well as camping equipment and personal property.

All vehicles carry Third Party insurance according to the Standard Mother Africa Car hire Terms and Conditions and the Standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Standard Theft Loss Waiver (TLW). In the event of an insurance claim arising, the renter will be held liable for the excess amount as stipulated in our Standard Terms and Conditions at that time. Security for the excess must be provided by the renter to Mother Africa Car hire by means of credit card only. The excess amount can be reduced (reduced liability) against payment of a daily fee.

Minimum age is 22 years. Additional drivers will be charged a fee of N$100 per rental each.

Valid driver’s licenses are: An international drivers license, A European Community drivers license, any national drivers license in English. National driver’s licenses in any other language than English must be accompanied by an officially certified translation in English.

Taking vehicles outside Namibia should be communicated in advance when booking.

Long term and one-way rentals are available on request.
